  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

Username

Your username must not impersonate any person or entity, violate any trademark, or be offensive. We reserve the right to reclaim or require you to change a username at our discretion.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Nice Catalogs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nice Catalogs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Certain features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NICE CATALOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
