How a digital loyalty card works

From first sign-up to the free coffee, it all runs on the customer’s phone and yours.

01

The customer joins from your page

Add a “Get your card” button to your link-tree landing page, or share the join link and print it as a QR code. They enter a name and phone number (birthday optional) and tap once.

02

They keep the card on their phone

The card shows their name and a short member code. They can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or simply reopen the link. No app to install, no account to remember.

03

You recognise them at the counter

They show the code, you type it into the Look up tab of your dashboard and record the visit. On a points card each visit adds a point, and the reward is redeemed from the same screen.

Reward regulars your way

Pick one reward for your program, so the card and the counter screen only ever have to explain one thing.

A flat member discount

Set a percentage and every member gets it on every visit. Members see member prices across your catalogs, and you honour the discount at the counter. Exclude any product from it on the product itself.

Example: 10% off every visit

A points card toward a reward

Choose how many points earn a reward and what the reward is. Each recorded visit adds a point, the card shows progress, and you redeem the reward when the goal is reached.

Example: 8 points = a free coffee

What you get

Everything a loyalty program needs, nothing it doesn’t

Set up from the same dashboard as your catalog, and shown on the same link-tree page your customers already visit.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

The card can sit next to boarding passes and tickets on the customer’s phone, one tap from the lock screen.

Branded to your business

Your logo and your colours. Text switches between black and white automatically, and a live preview shows exactly what customers get.

A member list that belongs to you

Names, phone numbers, join dates and visit counts, searchable by name, phone or code. Block a card whenever you need to.

Birthday reminders

Ask for a birthday (day and month only) and your dashboard lists this week’s birthdays, each with a one-tap WhatsApp greeting.

A lost card is found in seconds

A customer who clears their browser or changes phone enters the name and number they signed up with and the card comes back.

Member prices in your catalog

On a discount card, members see their price on every product. Visitors who are not members see what they could save, with a link to join.

Consent built into the sign-up

The join form asks customers to agree that you keep their name and number to manage their card, so you only hold what people chose to share.

No POS, no hardware

Nothing to integrate or install. Looking up a code works in the browser of any phone, tablet or laptop behind your counter.

No per-member fees

It is part of the Professional plan. Adding members, recording visits and redeeming rewards never costs extra.

Paper punch card vs digital loyalty card

The paper card isn’t wrong, it just can’t tell you who your customers are.

Where the card lives
Paper: In a wallet or pocket, and often left at home
Digital: On the phone the customer always has with them
Do you know your regulars?
Paper: No names, no numbers
Digital: Every member has a name, phone number and visit history
Reaching them again
Paper: Only when they walk in
Digital: One-tap WhatsApp message, such as a birthday greeting
Changing the offer
Paper: Reprint every card
Digital: Edit it in the dashboard and it applies immediately
Checking a card is real
Paper: A stamp anyone can copy
Digital: A code you look up yourself at the counter

Built for businesses people come back to

If your best customers are the ones who return, a loyalty card is how you thank them and how you remember who they are.
